Sources say Bartha — who's been dating the famous twin for almost two years — has been looking at engagement rings and is preparing to go down on one knee. "Justin is in love and is just waiting for the right time," an insider told Us Weekly magazine. "He's proposed in the past and Ashley said no!" "Ashley has always been the more centered of the twins, and Justin is centered, too," another source said. "They mix well with each other's friends and calm each other. "Justin's a hard worker and sees acting as a business. "Ashley runs successful brands and has a strong work ethic." The source insists their wedding will be a "low-key affair."
