Ink star scored a whopping four-carat-plus platinum and diamond ring from Neil Lane's archival collection, the jeweler told People Magazine, adding "It's a beautiful ring set with a central round diamond in the middle with smaller surrounding diamonds for an overall dome shape. It has a delicate filigree pattern with very pretty scroll-work." Kat wore the ring to the 16th Annual Los Angeles Art Show Opening Night Premiere Party on Wednesday night, on the eve of their big announcement.
